30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer service at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Wait for approval before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are shipped to our international fulfilment warehouse

  • A $10 USD administration fee per item will be deducted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition


Damages or Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

  1. Request a return

  2. Place a new order once approved


Refunds

Once your return is received:

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Refund confirmation sent by email

  • Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days

⏳ Banks may require additional processing time.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.


Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If cancelled too late, customers must follow the standard return process after delivery.
